We are a Cairo-based Law firm, established in the heart of Cairo in 2016, serving selected group of clients operating in Egypt and the region. We offer our clients a fully-integrated legal service, combining expertise and personal attention. We have been at the forefront of many of the most significant transactions. We provide our legal services to the World Bank and IFC and have served as advisors to the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation, Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation and Military Production Authority.

Recently, our firm was engaged in negotiating, reviewing and drafting number of SHAs (in Arabic and/or English) for many Egyptian companies, including the Canal Sugar Company. We have concluded number of agreements such as management agreements with Marriott Group and many foreign universities hosted in Egypt. We also acted as a legal Seller Advisor to SPESCO.

We have also concluded a landmark agreement with SEZ and the project was approved by the Cabinet and it is now in the implementation phase.

In addition, the Firm has a solid expertise in the field of commercial and investment arbitration. We conduct cases before major arbitration institutions, including CRCICA, LCIA, ICC and DIAC.
