Essam obtained his LL.B. achieving excellence with honors from the Faculty of Law – English Section, Mansoura University. He holds two diplomas: in Public Law and International Trade Law from the same University ; the two diplomas qualify as a Master of Law.
Essam is a member of the firm’s corporate department and he is specialized in several fields of law, on which he gives day to day advice, including Civil Law, Companies Law, Capital Market Law, IT Law and Labour Law. He has a substantial experience in the banking and project finance transactions; moreover he worked on significant number of M&A transactions.
Prior to join the firm, Essam was a legal counsel in the legal department of the Arab Bank Egypt and before that at the National Bank of Egypt. He was also a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law at the Arab Academy for science and Technology AAST.
Essam conducted several internships in top-tier law firms in Egypt,
