Mahmoud obtained his L.L.B with honors from the faculty of Law Cairo University; he also holds a Masters degree in Private Law from Cairo University.
Mahmoud regularly advises on matters related to capital market, corporate governance; he also assists in drafting contracts and general assemblies. Prior to joining the firm, Mahmoud worked for 12 years at Financial Regulatory Authority where he gained intensive experience in several sectors and departments.
His working languages are Arabic and English.
