Diaa Reda is Of Counsel. He specializes in capital market law, corporate law, notary public law and commercial registration law. He actively advises clients in legal audit, securitization, insurance, financial lease, real estate finance, tender offers, rights issues, swaps and IPOs.
PROFILE
Mr. Diaa graduated from the Faculty of Commerce – Ain Shams University in 1982. Mr. Diaa specializes in capital market law, corporate law, notary public law and commercial registration law. He also actively advises clients in legal audit, securitization, insurance, financial lease, real estate finance, transactions, tender offers, rights issues, swaps and IPOs, stock exchange rules and disclosure requirements. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Diaa worked for 40 years at the Egyptian Financial Regulator; he also contributed in drafting several corporate governance rules, articles of incorporation of investment funds. His working languages are Arabic and English.
