Essam Magdy

Essam is a highly accomplished Counsel with a wealth of extensive experience across a wide spectrum of legal domains, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking and finance, capital markets, hospitality, education, healthcare, and information technology. Essam holds an LL.B. with honors from Faculty of Law – English Section, Mansoura University, where he excelled academically. He further advanced his legal education by earning two diplomas in Public Law and International Trade Law from the same university. Before joining the firm, Essam served as Legal Counsel at Arab Bank Egypt, where he gained invaluable experience in managing banking transactions and overseeing legal compliance across various areas of banking law. His prior role at the National Bank of Egypt further honed his expertise in banking regulations, project finance, and investment structures, allowing him to support large-scale financial transactions with precision and legal acumen. Essam's career also includes an academic background, having served as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology (AAST). He also completed several internships with top-tier law firms in Egypt, further enriching his expertise and understanding of diverse legal systems and frameworks.
