Raheem Mohamed

Raheem obtained his LL.B. with a grade of Very Good with Honors from the Faculty of Law (English Section), Cairo University. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Administrative Law from Ain Shams University and he is currently a researcher in the Private Law Post-Graduate Diploma at Ain Shams University. His fields of practice include Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Administrative Law, and Contract Drafting & Reviewing. Before joining AMR & Partners, Raheem gained significant experience through his participation in the FDI Moot team and his internships at Al Tamimi & Co and Samcrete Misr. His working languages are Arabic and English.
