Mr. Diaa graduated from the Faculty of Commerce – Ain Shams University in 1982. Mr. Diaa specializes in capital market law, corporate law, notary public law and commercial registration law. He also actively advise Clients in legal audit, securitization, insurance, financial lease, real estate finance, transactions, Tender offer, rights issue, swaps and IPOs, stock exchange rules and disclosure requirements.
Prior Joining the Firm, Mr. Diaa worked for 40 years at the Egyptian Financial Regulator; he also contributed in drafting several corporate governance rules, articles of incorporation of investment funds.
His working languages are Arabic and English.
