Habiba obtained her LL.B. from the Faculty of Law (English Section), Cairo University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration concentration in Finance and Minor Economics from the American University in Cairo. She holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in International and European Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne
Her field of practice is Corporate Law. She contributes to the practice of M&A and drafting and reviewing transaction documents including amongst other SPAs, Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Facility Agreements, Management Agreements, Consultancy Agreements and Franchise Agreements. She also assisted in conducting and drafting a significant number of legal due diligence reports on companies in different sectors of activity including healthcare, hospitality, F&B, financial technologies, hospitality, etc… She also assists startups and SMEs from incorporation of companies to governance and drafting documents and agreements as may be required.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a teacher assistant at the Faculty of Law at the British University in Egypt. She is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
Her working languages are Arabic, English and French.
