Hana obtained her License en Droit from University of Paris X (France). She holds a Master’s degree (Master II) in International and European Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Her field of practice is Corporate Law. She contributes to the practice of M&A and drafting and reviewing transaction documents. She also assisted in conducting and drafting a significant number of legal due diligence reports on companies in different sectors of activity. She is specialized in hotel management and franchise agreements, capital market law and foreign universities hosting agreements. She is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
