Hesham Mostafa

Hesham obtained his L.L.B. from Cairo University Faculty of Law’s English Department. Moreover, he has obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law from Peking University-School of Transnational Law.
He specializes in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on International Commercial Arbitration before various Arbitral Institutions. He has also experience in Corporate Governance and M&A practices where he worked as a legal representative and in-house lawyer in Egypt and People Republic of China.
Hesham has been selected to act as an arbitrator in several regional and Vis East Moot Courts in Hong Kong. He has also worked as a legal coordinator for the Shenzhen International Fintech Competition in China.
He is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and his working language are Arabic and English
